it's that time of year

yes. all of the holidays are fast approaching. but remember my post about how tyler and i get bored during the winter months... and all of the birthdays in our family (except mine) are in september, october, and january (and soon to be november). that's what we've been doing around here... lots of celebrating.

this baby turns 2 tomorrow. and she really is still a baby. she still weighs like 19-20 lbs. and i bought some skinny jeans from gap today for her. 18-24 month length was okay on her (too long, but okay). 12-18 months fit perfectly in the length... yet i still had to synch the adjustable waist... hence the reason i had to get the jeans at gap. they are the only jeans i can find that have an adjustable waist in sizes smaller than 2T. (and their skinny jeans are super cute and actually well made). the regular "fit" jeans or even straight fit were just ridiculously big on her hips and waist... no matter how tight i adjusted them.
taking a smooching picture for daddy.
that's a play sting ray in the bath... not poop. we love this baby girl! can't imagine life without her!
i think this might be my first pregnancy shot... sad since i'm almost 33 weeks. cam took this a few days ago.
we celebrated this guy entering the last year of his twenties. how sad is that! i'm lucky enough to have 3 1/2 more years of my twenties!
we will celebrate cameron turning 6 in another 2 weeks... then our baby girl being born sometime a month or so after that (which by the way, we are SO excited for. tyler and i have both agreed, we have never been so excited for a baby to come to our home)... thanksgiving, christmas, and isaac's birthday in the middle of january.

I totally have the same issues when it comes to finding jeans for my girls. Gap's adjustable waistband is the only way to go. I just bought the girls each a pair of the "mini skinny jeans" in a size 12-18 months and I still have each side of the adjustable waistband cinched 5 notches. They're about 21 months old and don't even measure on the chart for weight. I call them my silly, skinny, string beans. :)

What do you think of Malvina Madison Dansie? Or Barbara Mimi Dansie? or Cammi Izzie Dansie? this baby girl is probably doing summersaults about now just hearing the names her mom called her other kids or her sibblings. We are so excited for grandbaby #21to arrive! Now I feel as old as I look! happy Birthday to Miss Macey and Tyler!! You are now in your
30th year Ty! Sure love you all...
