i want more cockwhat daddy!!!

we had fun celebrating macey's 2nd birthday. cameron has a paper-chain countdown to his birthday which is next week. this post is mostly dedicated to our mimi... all her birthday pictures.

our first trip to the park in months. it's a huge privilege at my house to leave the house. if they can't be obedient and respectful at home, how can they be that way in public and other places where there is much more stimulation? so we practiced obeying mom at the park. "go to the top of the slide and do 10 jumping jacks, then go down." they did pretty well. some day, they'll be able to go and have free play at the park.
this girl has had some serious bed head as her hair grows in. i had to laugh yesterday when she came hobbling out of her room after nap time like this.
sporting her birthday boots. she was obsessed with her boots last winter and is already in love again this year. she frequently has them on with her jammies when i go to her room to get her in the mornings after quiet time.

i think her dad is going through withdrawls that his baby girl isn't a baby anymore. and won't be the baby of the family for long.
this baby did have a birthday... and she thought she was the queen of everything. she spent her fair share of time in time out that day.
