ocd about animals and a sight i never thought i'd see

cameron sleeps with about 20 stuffed animals and has become OCD about how they are "set up" on his bed at night. he spends about 20 minutes (or 30) placing them where he wants... eventually, there isn't any room left for him and he just sleeps on top of them. cameron carefully placed them around his dad the other morning while tyler snoozed away.

this was honestly one of the weirdest things i have ever seen. yesterday morning, tyler and i were getting showered and dressed after our morning p90x workout when we heard cameron screaming... we didn't think much of it since he screams daily. but after a minute or so, i ran out (he was getting louder and more intense) to find him stuck in the stroller. after tyler we pryed the kid out (he was REALLY stuck), i asked him how in the world he got stuck between the two handles. he said he was setting up the stroller (from the collapsed position), went to push it from behind (it hadn't set up completely), the stroller collapsed back down onto the ground and since he was holding on, he fell right in between the two handlebars and voila... stuck right in between them... SO random and kinda scary. but really funny.

no complaints from the neighbors lately... except for a few bangs on the ceiling, which i returned with a nice blow to the floor with my foot. my kids were dancing to cotton eyed joe at 6:00 PM... not AM. it was evening. they need to get over it. i'm sure we're loud to live under, but really... get over it. i'm not going to stop living so they can live in peace and quiet... especially when i hear their tv rattling my floors and walls 24 hours a day. literally.

I cannot stop laughing at that picture of cameron, it's really sad but so funny too because it's so random.

That pictures is somehow horrifying and hysterical at the same time. Glad he's okay! And good attitude about the neighbors. I think that's all you can really do. They're lame.

Aren't boys just a barrel of laughs? My boys have done things that the girls have never thought of. But they are tons of fun and it gives me something to write about. Sure hope your neighbor problems are getting better.
