tyler called the management (as they requested and i gladly gave him that job). she was really nice this time (she wasn't so understanding when i talked to her a month ago). apparently the neighbors upstairs have been whining that we're too loud DURING THE DAY! last time, it was the weekend mornings that were bugging them (tyler went and talked to him). he told the manager (the neighbor) that the weekend mornings were much better. but now we were too loud during the days. and one time, the screaming was so loud (a daily tantrum, i'm sure), that they couldn't hear their tv. tough luck grouchy neighbors. i'm not doing anything more than i'm doing already. and tyler told the manager that. she was understanding and nice about it. thank goodness. otherwise, i may have really sunk into a serious depression (i'm already 3/4 of the way there). anyway, so we'll probably be getting more notices. but i refuse to punish my children for running down the hallway and jumping. it's ridiculous. AND not to mention, the middle of the day. so they can get a life and move.

omg they are so out of control. Do you think they will eventually kick you out? If not then keep doing your daily things and who cares about them. Do you guys not want to move?
Those obviously high maintenance neighbors of your who have probably never had children, should move out of an APARTMENT where there wont be so much noise....of course, I am sure wherever those people live, they will find something to complain about ;)
How frustrating! And on top of that you can't really do anything about it. Hang in there!
