idaho trip

tyler has a sister that lives in idaho falls, idaho. i have two sisters and a brother that live in rexburg, idaho. so when tori (tyler's sister) called and asked us to watch their kids for a week, we were excited to have the chance to go visit the place we met, dated, and lived for the first 2 years we were married.

some highlights of the trip were:
*cameron having not one, not two, but THREE sleep overs with beckstrand cousins in rexburg
*rexburg splash park with my kids, tori's kids, my sisters, and their kids
*movie nights
*gilmore girls night with hailey and lauren (nail painting included)
*water baseball with tori's kids in their yard= so fun!
*lots of treats (for everyone but me)
*hailey and lauren covering austin's face with cotton candy (pictures below)

this was honestly one of the funniest things i've ever seen

after the cotton candy was melting to his face... it was in his eyes and pretty painful. but so funny!

isaac wondering what the crap austin is doing
me and my niece emmeli
these next ones are from tonight. these two are inseparable
cam is still figuring out his camera pose. this is what he does every time. it drives me crazy.
love the hand positioning
riding down the stairs in a sleeping bag

too lazy to move this pic to the top... macey j playing with her cousin kylee
after visiting rexburg and idaho falls, it makes me sad to think we might be moving far away. tyler has been interviewing all over. arizona, colorado, washington state, utah. it was so fun to see my sisters and for cameron to play with so many cousins. he was in heaven. i mentioned to him this morning that we might be moving far away soon and he instantly got tears in his eyes and started crying, saying, "then i won't see chloe anymore." it was sad. i'll keep you posted on jobs. we've had one offer so far, and expect a few more hopefully. wish us luck!

It is fun living near family. If you end up in AZ you can move out by us and be part of our family! Preston needs some "cousins" his age to play with!

The cotton candy pi8cs are pretty funny but also disgusting! You missed the best part of the state. You gotta go west to Boise! The east is miserable compared to Boise area!! You should apply there. You would love it!

I love the pictures! i'm so glad you all had a good time, and that Cameron was able to get to know his Rexburg cousins. Three sleep overs? Woohoo!!!! Watch out for kids sliding down the stairs... that is how the big hole in the wall at Dave and Deena's happened. Stay out of the way Tiff!
